Balsamics are made from only the sweetest Trebbiano grapes. The
dark color and rich flavor is the result of a five year aging process
utilizing increasingly smaller casks of aromatic wood. This age-old
traditional method has been used to create a superior Five Star Balsamic
Vinegar, exquisitely delicate and smooth.
The golden days and crisp, cold nights of New England make for a
naturally sweet Maple Syrup. When added to our Balsamic Vinegar, it
creates a warm, full-bodied flavor that must be experienced to be believed.
Subtle yet unmistakable, the Balsamic with Maple
Syrup captures the very essence of New England.
Aged with sun dappled oranges, raisins, and our own pampered herbs,
Balsamic with Orange and Rosemary is
